Grant of options under Sharesave Scheme

On 22 June 2022, the Company granted options over a total of 722,863 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("the Options") under the Bytes Technology Group Sharesave Scheme ("the Scheme"). The Options have been granted to participating employees under the rules of the Scheme, an HM Revenue & Customs approved scheme introduced to encourage wider employee share ownership of the Company. The Options are exercisable at a price of £3.72 per ordinary share from 1 August 2025 in accordance with the rules of the Scheme. The total grant of options under the Scheme in 2022 and 2021 (the latter exercisable at a price of £4.00 per ordinary share from 1 August 2024) represents 0.55% of the Company's existing share capital.
