AGM Statement

Ahead of the Company's Annual General Meeting being held later today, the Board issues the following brief update on trading.

BTG, one of the UK's leading software, security and cloud services specialists, is pleased to report that it has made a positive start to the current financial year. The Company has performed well across its key financial performance metrics, with growth in Gross Invoiced Income, Gross Profit and Adjusted Operating Profit all comfortably in double digits for the first four months of the financial year. 

Neil Murphy, Chief Executive Officer, said:

"We've made a strong start to the financial year, with continued growth from both the corporate and public sectors. Whilst the macroeconomic backdrop remains uncertain, customer demand has remained robust and we continue to be well positioned to deliver on the significant opportunities in front of us."
