Ahlstrom has sold Munksjö shares worth EUR 14.1 million

Ahlstrom, a global high performance fiber-based materials company, has today
sold 1,500,000 shares in Munksjö Oyj for approximately EUR 14.1 million.
Ahlstrom will book a capital gain of approximately EUR 6 million from the
transaction in its first-quarter 2015 financial accounts.

Following the sale of shares, Ahlstrom's shareholding in Munksjö is 3,300,981
shares, representing 6.46% of the total shares and votes.
