Changes in the Executive Management Team of Ahlstrom

Ms. Ulla Bono, 44, Licentiate of Laws with court training, has been appointed
Executive Vice President Legal, General Counsel and member of the Executive
Management Team as of August 20, 2014. She joined Ahlstrom in January 2014 as
Vice President, Legal Affairs, General Counsel at Ahlstrom Corporation.

Bono has previously worked at Pöyry Oyj, where she has been holding various
legal positions since 2005, latest as General Counsel of Industry Group. Prior
to Pöyry, she has worked as Legal Counsel at Ahlstrom during 2001-2005.
