Key personnel at the Byggmax Group acquire warrants

Key personnel at the Byggmax Group acquire 480,000 warrants under the recently decided 2021/2026 incentive program.

The Annual General Meeting on May 6, 2021 resolved in favor of an incentive program, comprising a private placement of warrants to the subsidiary, Byggmax AB, for onward assignment at market value to key individuals at the Byggmax Group. Each warrant entitles the holder, during the period June 15, 2026 through December 14, 2026, to subscribe for one (1) new share in Byggmax Group AB (publ) at a subscription price of SEK 91.20. The resolution means that twelve (12) key individuals at the Byggmax Group will have the opportunity to acquire up to a total of 640,000 warrants.

Assignment of 480,000 warrants to participants in the incentive program has now been completed.
