The Administrative Court removes Swedish Customs' decision regarding 12 million SEK

The Administrative Court removes Swedish Customs' decision March 26, 2012 with respect to the imposition of duty, anti-dumping duty. The Administrative Court also invalidates Customs' decision April 12, 2012 to impose tariff surcharges. The total value affected is 12 158 524 SEK.

The Administrative Court's position will not have any effect on results for BYGGmax, but will reduce the claim that Byggmax has on the supplier.
