ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN BYGGMA ASA
Byggma ASA’s annual general meeting was held today, 31 May 2024. The general assembly approved the annual report 2023 including report from the board of directors, statement of profit or loss and balance sheet.
The board’s proposal of allocation of profit with allocation to fund for valuation differences and other equity was approved.
The board of directors consists of the following:

Geir Drangsland, Terje Gunnulfsen, Terje Sagbakken, Hege Aarli Klem and Liv Anne Drangsland Holst.
From the employees:
