ATTRIBUTION MANAGED INVESTMENT TRUST – PRO-FORMA NOTICE FOR CUSTODIAN AND OTHER INTERMEDIARY INVESTORS IN RESPECT OF THE DISTRIBUTION FOR THE HALF-YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025

The Board of BWP Management Limited, the responsible entity of BWP Trust (“the Trust”) declares that the Trust is an Attribution Managed Investment Trust (“AMIT”) for the purposes of Subdivision 12A-B of Schedule 1 of the Taxation Administration Act 1953, in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2026.

These components are provided solely for the purpose of Subdivision 12-H of the Taxation Administration Act 1953 and should not be used for any other purpose.

This distribution includes a “Fund Payment” of 8.42971 cents per unit, pursuant to section 12A-110 of the Taxation Administration Act 1953.

Any difference between the total cash distribution and the amounts listed in the above table represents an AMIT cost base adjustment.

Australian resident unitholders should not rely on this notice for the purpose of completing their income tax returns and the information provided is solely for the purposes of assisting other entities with withholding tax obligations that may arise in respect of any amounts distributed to non-residents.

Details of the full-year components of distributions will be provided in Attribution Managed Investment Trust Member Annual Statement, which will be sent to unitholders in August 2026.
