MOODY’S INVESTORS SERVICE CREDIT RATING

The Directors of BWP Management Limited, the responsible entity for the BWP Trust (“BWP”) are pleased to announce that BWP has been assigned an A3 (stable) issuer credit rating by Moody’s Investors Service.

The A3 rating confirms the credit quality of BWP and positions BWP to access other debt funding markets as opportunities arise to further improve the diversity and duration of funding.
