Extension of existing debt facility
The Directors of Bunnings Property Management Limited, the responsible entity for the Bunnings Warehouse Property Trust, today announced the extension of one of the Trust’s existing banking facilities. The $100 million facility with Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited has been extended until July 2013.
Other than expiry date and pricing (which is consistent with market pricing) the terms of the facility remain substantially the same.
Further details of the Trust’s banking facilities will be provided as part of the half-year results due to be announced on 11 February 2010.
