Extension of existing debt facility

The Directors of Bunnings Property Management Limited, the responsible entity for the Bunnings Warehouse Property Trust, today announced the extension of one of the Trust’s existing banking facilities. The $80m facility with Westpac Banking Corporation has been extended until November 2013.

Other than expiry date and pricing (which is consistent with market pricing) the terms of the facility remain substantially the same.
