Four Revaluation Results
The Directors of Bunnings Property Management Limited, the responsible entity for the Bunnings Warehouse Property Trust, announce the results from the revaluation of four properties.
The revaluations have been completed on Trust properties located at Frankston, Maribyrnong and Oakleigh South in Victoria, and Midland in Western Australia. Each property was parchased by the Trust approximately three years ago.
The revaluation of the four properties by independent valuers has resulted in a 16.6 per cent increase in the book value of the properties.

The revaluations have increased the book value of Trust properties to \$552 million, and the average capitalisation of the Trust's portfolio is 8.7 per cent.
