Rocklea development completed for \$7.5 million

The Directors of Bunnings Property Management Limited, the responsible entity for the Bunnings Warehouse Property Trust, announce that settlement on the \$7.475 million development of a Bunnings Warehouse at Rocklea in Queensland has been successfully completed.

The development has a total retail area of 12,500 square metres and has been leased to Bunnings Pty Ltd at an annual rental of \$1.267 million plus GST (Queensland land tax must be paid from the rental).

The development follows the purchase of the site by the Trust in October 2002 for \$6.225 million.
