Completion of share acquisition and change of Company details

Newmark REIT Management Limited (ACN 644 715 282) ( Company ) as responsible entity of NPR[1] wishes to announce:

• 1 BWP Management Limited (in its personal capacity) has today, 27 March 2024, acquired 100 per cent of the shares in Company under the Share Sale and Purchase Agreement.

• 2 Mark Allan, Christopher Langford, Andrew Erikson and Melinda Snowden have resigned as directors of Company.

• 3 Fiona Harris and Mark Scatena have been appointed as directors of Company.

• 4 The Company has lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ( ASIC ) an ASIC Form 205 to change Company’s name to “NPR Management Limited”. The change of name of Company is being processed by ASIC and the anticipated effective date of change of company name will be 3 April 2024. The constitution of Company has been amended to reflect the change of name of Company.

• 5 The registered office address and principal place of business of the Company has changed from Level 17, 644 Chapel Street, South Yarra VIC 3141 to Level 14, Brookfield Place Tower 2, 123 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000.
