BOARD CHANGES

BWP Management Limited, the responsible entity for BWP Trust, announces the appointment today of Ms Danielle Carter to its Board as a non-executive, external director.

Danielle has more than 25 years’ combined real estate and financial services industry experience. She has held senior executive roles at BlackRock; boutique fund manager SG Hiscock & Company; and financial advisory firm, Strategic Financial Management. At BlackRock, Danielle was a Fund Manager responsible for BlackRock Australia’s listed, unlisted and direct real estate assets and a member of the Australia / Asia Investment Committee.

Danielle was previously a non-executive director of APN Property Group, which was an ASX listed real estate investment manager until it became part of Dexus in August 2021. She has a Bachelor of Arts/Commerce from Monash University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Chartered Accountant.

BWP Management Limited’s Chairman, Erich Fraunschiel, said he was very pleased to welcome Danielle Carter to the Board and that her depth of experience across financial services, property investment and funds management will bring valuable and complementary experience to the company and its Board.

In the context of the ongoing Board renewal process, Mr Fraunschiel also foreshadowed his intention to retire from the Board in the first quarter of the 2022 calendar year.
