DIRECTOR RETIREMENT

The Board of BWP Management Limited, the responsible entity for the BWP Trust, announced today that Rick Higgins will retire as non-executive director of the company on 4 February 2020.

Mr Higgins has been a longstanding member of the BWP Management Limited Board and its Chairman Erich Fraunschiel thanked him for his significant contribution and outstanding service to the company and the Trust over many years.

“Rick joined the board in 2007 and during his tenure has provided invaluable advice in the development of the Trust and its portfolio of quality assets. His extensive industry knowledge and valuation experience gained during his long career in the commercial property sector have been extremely helpful to the Board and the Trust”, Mr Fraunschiel said. “Rick retires with our sincere thanks and we wish him well in his forthcoming retirement.”
