APPOINTMENT OF MANAGING DIRECTOR

Further to the announcement on 16 December 2013 concerning management changes, the Directors of BWP Management Limited, the responsible entity for the BWP Trust ( the Trust ) are pleased to announce that Michael Wedgwood has commenced as Managing Director of BWP Management Limited effective today.

Since joining Wesfarmers Limited in 1995 Mr Wedgwood has held a number of senior executive roles across the Wesfarmers Group including appointments as General Manager Finance and also as the Chief Financial Officer of Bunnings Group Limited for a period of nine years. Most recently he has held the role of Executive General Manager, Business Improvement for the Wesfarmers Group.

He brings extensive knowledge of the bulky goods property sector, strong financial skills and commercial experience.

A copy of Mr Wedgwood’s Appendix 3X:Initial Director’s Interest Notice has been lodged simultaneously with this release.
