Board appointment

The directors of Bunnings Property Management Limited, the responsible entity for the Bunnings Warehouse Property Trust, today announced the appointment of Mr Bryce Denison as a director of the responsible entity with immediate effect.

Mr Denison is based in Perth and previously held the position of General Manager, Group Accounting, with Wesfarmers Limited from 1986 to 2004. He has previously been the National President of the Group of 100 and has been a member of the Australian Accounting Standards Board. Prior to joining the Wesfarmers Limited group, Mr Denison held various positions with accounting firm Ernst & Young over a 19 year period. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and CPA Australia.

Mr Denison has been providing a consultancy service to the Bunnings Property Management Limited Board on finance and accounting matters since 2005. His in-depth knowledge of the Bunnings Warehouse Property Trust business combined with his extensive financial and accounting expertise will make him a valued addition to the Board and the Audit and Risk Committee.
