Board Change

The board of Bunnings Property Management Limited, the responsible entity for the Bunnings Warehouse Property Trust, today announced the retirement of Mr Gene Tilbrook as a director of Bunnings Property Management Limited, following his appointment as Finance Director of Wesfarmers Limited, and the appointment of Mr Peter Johnston as a director with effect from 15 September 2005.

The Chairman of Bunnings Property Management Limited, Mr Bill Cairns, acknowledged the valuable contribution made by Mr Tilbrook during his time on the board.

Mr Johnston previously held the position of Company Secretary of Wesfarmers Limited between 1994 and 2001 and during that time was also an inaugural director of Bunnings Property Management Limited from 1998 to his retirement in 2001.
