Change of Audit Firm

The directors of Bunnings Property Management Limited, the responsible entity for the Bunnings Warehouse Property Trust, announce a change of audit firm from Ernst and Young to KPMG.

Ernst and Young has been the audit firm for the responsible entity and the Trust since the Trust was established in 1998 and during that period has also been the audit firm for the Wesfarmers Limited group of companies. (Wesfarmers Limited is a substantial unitholder of the Trust and wholly owns the responsible entity of the Trust and Bunnings Group Limited, the main tenant of Trust properties.)

The proposed change will mean that the responsible entity will have a different auditor to its related parties.

The change of audit firm has been approved by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and will be in effect for the review of the Trust’s half-year results for the period ending 31 December 2007.
