Buzzi Unicem SpA comunica di aver acquistato nel periodo compreso tra il 18 maggio 2020 e il 22 maggio 2020 n. 1.200 azioni proprie ordinarie e nessuna azione propria di risparmio per un controvalore complessivo di 19.188,00 euro, nell'ambito dell'autorizzazione deliberata dall'Assemblea degli azionisti del 8 maggio 2020.

Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from May 18, 2020 through May 22, 2020 it acquired no. 1,200 ordinary treasury shares and no savings treasury shares for a total consideration of 19,188.00 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on May 8, 2020.
