Si rende noto che lo statuto sociale aggiornato a seguito dell'efficacia in data 18 gennaio 2021 della conversione obbligatoria delle azioni di risparmio in azioni ordinarie, dell'eliminazione dell'indicazione del valore nominale unitario delle azioni e delle conseguenti modifiche statutarie approvati dall'assemblea straordinaria del 19 novembre 2020, è stato iscritto presso il Registro delle Imprese di Alessandria-Asti in data 19 gennaio 2021, ed è a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della società www.buzziunicem.com, sezione Investitori/Corporate Governance e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato gestito da Spafid Connect S.p.A. ().

Bylaws published
This is to inform that Buzzi Unicem SpA has made available the updated Bylaws at the registered office and on the company's website www.buzziunicem.com, Investors/Corporate Governance Section as well as on the authorized storage system managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A. ().
The updated Bylaws was registered in the Alessandria-Asti Company Register on January 19, 2021, following the mandatory conversion of savings shares into ordinary shares, the elimination of the par value of the shares and the consequent amendments of the Articles of Association approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on November 19, 2020 and effective on January 18, 2021.
