Calendario annuale eventi societari 2022
In adempimento a quanto richiesto dall'art. 2.6.2, 1° comma, lettera b) del titolo 2.6, del Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., si comunica il seguente calendario annuale degli eventi societari relativi all'esercizio 2022 della società Buzzi Unicem SpA:
- 9 febbraio 2022: Consiglio di Amministrazione per esame dei dati preconsuntivi 2021
- 25 marzo 2022: Consiglio di Amministrazione per approvazione del progetto di bilancio d'esercizio e del bilancio consolidato 2021
- 12 maggio 2022: Consiglio di Amministrazione per approvazione informazioni trimestrali aggiuntive al 31 marzo 2022
- 12 maggio 2022: Assemblea degli azionisti per approvazione del bilancio dell'esercizio 2021
- 3 agosto 2022: Consiglio di Amministrazione per approvazione della relazione finanziaria semestrale al 30 giugno 2022
- 8 novembre 2022: Consiglio di Amministrazione per approvazione informazioni trimestrali aggiuntive al 30 settembre 2022.
Relativamente alle informazioni finanziarie aggiuntive di cui all'art. 82-ter del Regolamento Consob n. 11971/1999, si comunica che la società continuerà a pubblicare su base volontaria informazioni trimestrali secondo la relativa politica di comunicazione di cui al comunicato stampa del 10 novembre 2016, al quale si fa espresso rinvio.

In compliance with the provisions of art. 2.6.2, 1° para, letter b) of title 2.6. of the Rules of the markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana, we are sending hereunder Buzzi Unicem's annual calendar of corporate events for the year 2022:

With regard to the additional financial information referred to in art. 82-ter of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999, we inform that the company will continue to publish quarterly information on a voluntary basis, according to its communication policy as disclosed in the press release of November 10, 2016, to which reference should be made.
