CALENDARIO ANNUALE EVENTI SOCIETARI BUZZI UNICEM SPA– 2017
In adempimento a quanto richiesto dall'art. 2.6.2, 1° comma, lettera b) del titolo 2.6, del Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., si comunica il seguente calendario annuale degli eventi societari relativi all'esercizio 2017 della società Buzzi Unicem SpA:

| - | 12 maggio 2017: | Assemblea degli azionisti per approvazione del bilancio dell'esercizio 2016 |
| - | 3 agosto 2017: | Consiglio di Amministrazione per approvazione della relazione finanziaria semestrale al 30 giugno 2017 |

Relativamente alle informazioni finanziarie aggiuntive di cui all'art. 82-ter del Regolamento Consob n. 11971/1999, si comunica che la società ha già adottato la relativa politica di comunicazione della quale è stata data informazione con comunicato stampa del 10 novembre 2016, al quale si fa espresso rinvio.

BUZZI UNICEM SPA 2017 ANNUAL CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS
In compliance with the provisions of art. 2.6.2, 1° para, letter b) of title 2.6. of the Rules of the markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana, we are sending hereunder Buzzi Unicem's annual calendar of corporate events for the year 2017.
| - February 9, 2017: | Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve 2016 preliminary data |

| - March 30, 2017: | Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the draft statutory and consolidated financial statements for the year 2016 |
| - May 12, 2017: | Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the additional quarterly information as at March 31, 2017 |
| - May 12, 2017: | Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to approve 2016 financial statements |
| - August 3, 2017: | Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve half yearly financial statements as at June 30, 2017 |
| - November 9, 2017: | Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the additional quarterly information as at September 30, 2017 |
With regard to the additional financial information referred to in art. 82-ter of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999, we inform that the company has already adopted its communication policy as disclosed in the press release of November 10, 2016, to which reference should be made.
