In adempimento a quanto richiesto dall'art. 2.6.2, 1° comma, lettera b) del titolo 2.6, del Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., si comunica il seguente calendario annuale degli eventi societari relativi all'esercizio 2016 della società Buzzi Unicem SpA:

In compliance with the provisions of art. 2.6.2, 1° para, letter b) of title 2.6. of the Rules of the markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana, we are sending you hereunder Buzzi Unicem's annual calendar of corporate events for the year 2016.
