Nomina rappresentante comune degli Azionisti di Risparmio
L'Assemblea speciale degli Azionisti di Risparmio Buzzi Unicem SpA, riunitasi a Casale Monferrato in data odierna, ha nominato l'Avv. Dario Trevisan quale rappresentante comune della categoria per tre esercizi e dunque con scadenza con l'assemblea di approvazione del bilancio al 31 dicembre 2019.

Common representative of Savings Shareholders appointed
Buzzi Unicem's Special Meeting of Savings Shareholders, which met today in Casale Monferrato, has appointed Mr Dario Trevisan as common representative for three years. The appointment will then expire with the Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as at December 31, 2019.
