Mancata accettazione dell'offerta per acquisto SACCI SpA

Con riferimento a quanto comunicato in data 18 marzo e 27 marzo, riguardante l'offerta per l'acquisizione del 99,5% del capitale di SACCI SpA, si comunica che non avendo le banche e tutti i creditori aderenti all'accordo di ristrutturazione dei debiti ex art. 182 bis Legge Fallimentare accettato la proposta di Buzzi Unicem, la stessa è decaduta in data odierna e quindi Buzzi Unicem è svincolata da ogni conseguente impegno.

Non-acceptance of the offer to purchase SACCI SpA

Reference is made to the press releases dated 18 March and 27 March 2015, regarding the offer to acquire a 99.5% interest in the share capital of SACCI SpA. We inform that the population of the banks and creditors that take part in the debt restructuring agreement pursuant to article 182-bis of the Bankruptcy Law did not endorse the proposal by Buzzi Unicem. The offer has expired today and as such Buzzi Unicem is released from any subsequent commitment.
