Dimissioni di Sindaco Supplente
Si rende noto che, con comunicazione pervenuta a Buzzi S.p.A., il dott. Maurizio Di Marcotullio, eletto dalla lista di minoranza, ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni dalla carica di Sindaco Supplente ricoperta nella Società, per sopravvenuti impedimenti personali.
L'integrazione del Collegio Sindacale sarà sottoposta, ai sensi di legge e di Statuto, alla deliberazione della prossima Assemblea degli Azionisti.

Resignation of Alternate Auditor
It is hereby announced that, with a communication received by Buzzi S.p.A., Maurizio Di Marcotullio, appointed from the minority list, has submitted his resignation from the position of Alternate Auditor in the Company, due to unexpected personal circumstances.
The integration of the Board of Statutory Auditors will be submitted, in accordance with the law and the Bylaws, to the resolution of the next Shareholders' Meeting.
