Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 23, 2021, BuzzFeed, Inc. (the “Company”) posted certain historical financial information of the Company and of CM Partners, LLC and certain information relating to the Company’s full year 2021 outlook on the Company’s investor relations website. As previously disclosed, on December 3, 2021, the Company acquired 100% of the membership interests of CM Partners, LLC and also consummated the previously announced business combination with 890 Fifth Avenue Partners, Inc.
