RETIREMENT OF DR JULIAN STEPHENS AS A DIRECTOR
Dr Julian Stephens, a Non-Executive Director of Buxton Resources Limited (ASX: BUX) has advised the Board that has resigned as a director of the Company, effective today due to ongoing work commitments with other companies.
Dr Stephens said:
“I’d like to thank Seamus and Anthony especially for giving me the opportunity with Buxton, which I have enjoyed immensely over the last 5 years or so.”
Buxton Resources Chairman, Seamus Cornelius, commented:
"Julian has been the Technical Director of Buxton since August 2011 and has been a valuable contributor to the Board, the Geology Team and the Company. He made a significant contribution, particularly during an extremely tough time. The Company wishes him well in his future endeavours.”
