RESIGNATION OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

Buxton Resources Limited (ASX: BUX & BUXO) advises that Ms Jodi Haslinger has resigned as Joint Company Secretary.

Ms Haslinger has regularly worked above and beyond what was required in her role.

The Company acknowledges Jodi’s contribution to Buxton and wishes her well in her future endeavours.

Mr Sam Wright will continue as Company Secretary.
