Trading Suspension

Further to the announcement of 08 November 2024, where the Company stated the Company's funds at hand were not currently sufficient to sustain its operations or meet its immediate liabilities, the Board of Bushveld Minerals (AIM: BMN), the AIM quoted, integrated primary vanadium producer, announces that discussions, with various stakeholders,  have not been successful in securing additional funds to address the Company's liquidity position. As a consequence, the Company has engaged with a turnaround specialist to understand the prospects for business recovery and achieve the best outcome for all stakeholders and affected persons.  Consequently, the Company has requested that trading in the Company's shares on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange be suspended due to financial uncertainty.
