Burley Minerals Ltd (‘BUR’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Monday, 5 July 2021.
Official quotation of BUR’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 12:00 PM AEST on Wednesday, 7 July 2021.
BUR raised $6,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 26 May 2021 (‘Prospectus’) and supplementary prospectus dated 2 June 2021 by the issue of 30,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
