Burkhalter Group is making changes to the Group Management Board

Release of an ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR

Zeno Böhm and Urs Domenig will be taking over management of the Burkhalter Group as of 1 January 2022. Zeno Böhm will be CEO and Urs Domenig will be CFO. Marco Syfrig will be stepping down from his roles as CEO and Delegate of the Board of Directors as of 31 December 2021. He will remain a member of the Board of Directors of the Burkhalter Group.
As announced on 12 April 2021 as part of the publication of the results for 2020, Marco Syfrig will be stepping down from his roles as CEO and Delegate of the Board of Directors after fourteen years as of 31 December 2021. He will remain as a member of the Board of Directors and the management will continue to benefit from his expertise to a certain extent in his new part-time role.
Zeno Böhm, who has been CFO for over eleven years, will be taking over as CEO as of 1 January 2022. Urs Domenig will be assuming the role of CFO. Urs Domenig manages Electra Buin SA, a Burkhalter Group company in Scuol in the canton of the Grisons. He has a degree in Process and Systems Engineering, has NIV2002 expert status, completed an EMBA in General Management at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and is currently doing an MAS Corporate Finance course at the Institute for Financial Services at the IFZ in Rotkreuz.
The Board of Directors is confident that the Burkhalter Group will enjoy continuing success under its new management.
