Bureau Veritas S.A. announces that the Autorité des marchés financiers has granted on May, 22 2012 the visa number 12-220 on the prospectus relating to the issue by Bureau Veritas S.A. of its € 500 million bonds with a coupon of 3.75% and a maturity date of May 24, 2017.
