BURE'S SHARE CAPITAL AND NUMBER OF SHARES ON 31 MAY 2019

As per 31 May 2019 the total number of shares in Bure Equity AB (publ) amounts to 68,971,921. The share capital amounts to SEK 535,518,034.36.

At the beginning of the month the total number of shares in the company amounted to 69,332,710, of which Bure itself held 360,789 shares. The share capital amounted to SEK 535,518,034.36.

Pursuant to decision of the Annual General Meeting on 7 May 2019, Bure has cancelled the 360,789 repurchased shares through which the share capital has been reduced by SEK 2,786,693,55 through the cancellation of 360,789 shares. A bonus issue for SEK 2,786,693,55 was also carried out in order to restore the share capital. The share capital reduction and bonus issue were registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 24 May 2019.
