Bure's share capital and number of shares on January 29, 2010

As of January 29, 2010 the total number of shares in Bure Equity AB (publ) amounts to 89,645,727, of which Bure itself holds 0 shares. The share capital amounts to SEK 534,326,109.

At the beginning of the month the total number of shares in the company amounted to 50,348,808, of which Bure itself held 0 shares. The share capital amounted to SEK 300,100,000.

The increase in the number of shares of 39,296,919 during January is based on the issue of 49,013,235 new shares to Skanditek's shareholders as merger consideration and the cancellation of Skanditek's holding of 9,716,316 shares according to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting on December 1, 2009.

The increase in the share capital of SEK 234,226,109 during January is due to the issue of new shares to Skanditek's shareholders amounting to SEK 292,139,425.10 and cancellation of Skanditek's shares corresponding to SEK 57,913,316.10.
