Outcome in voluntary share redemption

The application period for Bure´s voluntary share redemption program ended on 12 October 2007. In total, applications have been made for 10 545 930 shares, which represents 99.1 per cent of the number of redeemable shares.

The total amount of the redemption will thereby be SEK 569 M, compared with the maximum amount SEK 575 M. For each redeemable share SEK 54 will be paid. The payment is expected to take place on 2 November 2007.

After registration, the total number of shares in Bure Equity AB (publ) will amount to 98,377,837 of which Bure itself holds 2,500,000 shares.
