Bure sells its holding in PartnerTech AB

As a result of the completion of Scanfil Oyj's acquisition of PartnerTech AB, Bure Equity AB (publ) sells all of its shares in PartnerTech AB to Scanfil Oyj.

Hence, Bure divests 5,404,140 shares in PartnerTech AB, equal to approximately 42.7 per cent of the total number of shares and votes. Bure receives in total SEK 189.1M for its holding in PartnerTech AB.
