BURE'S HOLDING OF SHARES IN CAVOTEC SA

Bure Equity AB (publ), company number 556454-8781, has acquired 7 138 780 shares through a directed share issue in Cavotec SA and thereafter holds 10,0 per cent of the capital and the votes.

Cavotec SA is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Bure's holding of shares in Cavotec consists of 7 888 780 shares which is equivalent to 10,0 per cent of the total number of shares and votes in the company.
