BURE HAS DIVESTED SHARES IN VITROLIFE AB (PUBL) TO WILLIAM DEMANT INVEST A/S

Bure Equity AB (publ) ("Bure") has today divested 1,000,000 shares in Vitrolife AB (publ) ("Vitrolife"). Vitrolife is listed on NASDAQ OMX Small Cap.

"We are pleased that William Demant wants to increase its involvement in Vitrolife and therefore we have today sold 1,000,000 shares in Vitrolife to them. William Demant was one of the principal owners of Unisense Fertilitech A / S, recently acquired by Vitrolife, which creates good conditions to jointly continue Vitrolife's successful development", says Henrik Blomquist, CEO of Bure Equity.

After the transaction Bure holds 4,709,790 shares corresponding to 21.7 percent of the capital and the votes in Vitrolife.
