Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding

Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2 the Company announces that on 27 November 2013 it was notified of the following changes to the interests of Angela Ahrendts in the Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares").

1.   On 26 November 2013 Angela Ahrendts received 501,536 Shares at nil cost under the Burberry Group plc Co-Investment Plan granted on 9 June 2010. In order to cover liability to pay tax 236,193 Shares were sold in London at a price of 1499.19 per Share. The balance of the Shares has been retained.

2.   On 26 November 2013 Angela Ahrendts received 112,500 Shares at nil cost under the Burberry Senior Executive Restricted Share Plan 2004 granted on 1 June 2009. In order to cover liability to pay tax 52,981 Shares were sold in London at a price of 1499.19 per Share. The balance of the Shares has been retained.

3.   Angela Ahrendts will hold 750,011 Shares in total following the above transactions.
