Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 30 June 2022, the Company was notified of the following transactions by Directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"):

Jonathan Akeroyd, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company, received 101,377 ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") following the vesting of an award granted to him on 15 March 2022, as part of the buy-out awards he received on joining the Company for forfeiting awards on resignation from his former employer. This award was bespoke and granted in reliance on FCA Listing Rule 9.4.2(2) to facilitate recruitment, on terms similar to Burberry Share Plan 2020 awards.

Following this vesting and acquisition, on the same day, Jonathan Akeroyd subsequently sold a total of 49,037 of the newly acquired Shares, at a price of £16.190796 per Share, to fund the tax and fees arising from the vesting and acquisition, as set out below.
