Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company announces that it was notified on 21 February 2014 of changes to the shareholdings of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") as follows:

1.   On 21 February 2014, Jan Heppe received 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each ("Shares") at an exercise price of 378 pence per Share following the exercise of an option under the Burberry Group plc Executive Share Option Scheme 2002. 20,000 Shares were subsequently sold in London at a price of 1519.68 pence per Share.
