Burberry Group plc - Director/PDMR Shareholding

Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, Burberry Group plc (the "Company") announces that it received notice of changes to the shareholdings of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") on 17 July 2013 as follows:

1.   On 17 July 2013 the following PDMRs were awarded ordinary shares in the Company of 0.05p each ("Shares") under the Burberry Group plc International Free Share Plan 2003 ("IFSP") at nil cost:

Shares awarded under the IFSP cannot normally be disposed of for a period of three years after the award date.

2.   In accordance with the rules of the Burberry Senior Executive Restricted Share Plan 2004 (the "RSP"), the following PDMRs received shares on 16 July 2013 following the vesting of rights or exercise of options as follows:

The Shares were sold on behalf of the PDMRs in London on 16 July 2013, at a price of 1516 pence per share.

3.  Pascal Perrier, a PDMR, sold 340,000 Shares on 11 and 12 July 2013 in London, at a price of 1518.32 pence per Share.
