BOARD COMMITTEE CHANGES

Burberry Group plc (the Company) today announces the following Board Committee changes:

Audit Committee

Ron Frasch will become a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 7 November 2018. 

Remuneration Committee:

Matthew Key will become a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 7

November 2018. 

There are no other changes to Committee membership.

This announcement is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11 (3)
