Result of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces the results of voting at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today and confirms that all resolutions were passed with large majorities as set out below.

Resolutions 1 to 15 were proposed as Ordinary Resolutions and resolutions 16 to 18 as Special Resolutions and were passed as follows:

Every shareholder has one vote for every Ordinary Share held. 

As at 12 July 2013, the share capital of the Company consisted of 442,834,944 ordinary shares with voting rights.  The Company holds 7,815 ordinary shares in Treasury.  Therefore the total voting rights in Burberry Group plc is 442,827,129.
