The Company confirms that apart from her current positions as non-executive director of Chemring Group PLC, Exova  Group plc, Fenner PLC and Microgen plc and her past appointments as non-executive director of Carillion plc (resigned 2014) and SIG plc (resigned 2011) and Chair of VPhase plc (resigned 2013), there are no further details to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules in relation to Vanda Murray who, as announced on 21 January 2015, was appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 February 2015.
