In accordance with paragraph 9.6.11 of the Listing Rules, Bunzl plc confirms that Philip Rogerson has been appointed as Executive Chairman of De La Rue plc with effect from 29 March 2014 pending the appointment of a new Chief Executive following the resignation of the current Chief Executive.  Mr Rogerson is presently non-executive Chairman of De La Rue plc.
