Resignation of Director

Bulletin Resources Limited (“Bulletin”, “BNR”) wishes to advise that NonExecutive Director, Mr Franciscus (Frank) Sibbel has resigned as a director of the Company with immediate effect.

After 8 years as a director Mr Sibbel has decided to retire from Bulletin to minimise his business interests and pursue family interests.

Bulletin Chairman, Mr Paul Poli said “Frank has been a strong influence on the Board over a long period of time and came on to the Board at a difficult time for the Company. His input has been transformational for the Company and he caused Bulletin to become much stronger today than what it was when he first joined. On behalf of the Board, I wish him well for the future and from me, I remain thankful that Frank has agreed to remain as a consultant to the Company as required. ”
